MY SHORT STORY
My data story started accidentally when I enrolled in the wrong class, "Data Analytics". After the withdrawal deadline passed, I panicked and started doubting myself.

"What's data analytics?"

"What's in the world is S......Q......L?"
​
"Oh my god....I am going to fail this class?"
​
Well, I did not fail that class I received an A! During the course, I never wanted homework so badly to test out what I learned. I loved learning MySQL and learning different ways to manipulate data. It felt incredible to learn something new.
A couple of months later I graduated with my BS and am now studying Data Engineering.

As someone who loves to learn, I knew this was the right field for me and I couldn't be happier.

Year 1
Led and supported a financial division within the Army during the first year.
Revamped Excel financial workbooks into more effective financial models. Increasing productivity by 80% utilizing.

Worked with COVID19 datasets published on Kaggle. Importing COVID19 dataset and preparing it for analysis. Merged two datasets and found correlations among the data. Visualized the analysis results using Tableau.
NASHVILLE HOUSINGÂ DATA CLEANING | SQL
Downloaded a dataset from Kaggle pertaining to Nashville’s housing. Reviewed the data and cleaned it using SQL. You can see the techniques used by visiting the GitHub profile provided.
SUPERSTORE FINANCIAL MODEL | TABLEAU & POWER BI
Used a dataset providing not one but 5 different dashboards. Within the dashboard, visualization of past year sales versus region is displayed and more. Dashboard can be viewed on portfolio.
